A brief explanation. Mini-Adventures are what we play when there are two to three PCs, or when key players who are pivotal to the plot are absent. Mini-Adventures are one-off stories, while not part of our campaign (or a campaign unto itself), there is some consistency and reoccurring NPCs.
The Heroes have been promised 1 gold coin each to aid a village. The townsfolk have been suffering from bouts of madness and seemingly, possession. People are acting strangely, and seem to be under the control of evil, unseen forces. Can The Heroes solve this mystery? Traveling through the forest, on the outskirts of town, The Heroes have a sensation of being watched. Lupin quickly scampers up a tree and waits for the unseen menace to reveal itself. Egnarts takes a more proactive approach, and sends torrential winds to draw the skulking lurkers into the open.
Enuff rolls another natural one, but miraculously resets his nose, as he falls on his face once again. The diminutive Dwarf trades blow for blow with the Foul Fighter, until Garrus gets a second wind and defeats his irritable adversary. With his nose properly mended, Enuff slays the BPVTG with a mighty blow. The extended swordplay releases the BPVTG’s bodily fluids in one gigantic burst. The Heroes hope that nothing like that ever comes their way again. Henrick wants to use his soul shard to bring him back as his slave to gain information, but the others dissuade him, suggesting it may not be a good idea to bring back the most powerful adversary. So Henrick decides to bring back the second toughest adversary instead?!?!?! (Hello??? Tiny Terror over here!!! Weak Wizard over there!!! Helloooooo???)
After Henrick revives the Foul Fiend, The Heroes demand to know the location of Bianca. The living corps replies that she lives in the caverns below the village. He also reveals that, in order to enter, they must solve a series of terrible puns. With the encounter over, the vile, vainglorious, vanquished, villain vanishes.

Lupin sneaks into the next chamber and sees two hunched Giants, behind them stands a female figure, Bianca (unbeknownst to The Heroes, a Passion Devil). Garrus enters the room and diverts the attention of the twin Giants.
